In the main building of Poggiolo we have renovated three double rooms with ensuite bathrooms. In the future, two dorms with shared bathrooms will be available for cheap stays. A shared kitchen is available, where hosts can find stoves and cook meals freely. Breakfast, served inside or on the terrace, is included in the room fare. On the other side of the kitchen, a music and reading room with armchairs, books and maps is the perfect spot to relax and organise excursions and trips in the area.
We have renovated our rooms following the original structures and with natural materials: we used lime plaster and dyes to allow walls transpiration. The durmast and larch hardwood floors have been treated with natural oils (Feel Wood).
Along the line of our cultivation, we have named the three rooms as the three herbal plants of our farm: Lavander, Helycrisum and Verbena. Beds are oriented according to the Feng-Shui principles for a peaceful sleep.
